"But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us." (2 Cor 4:7)

Our talents, ability, gifts - they are all just that...gifts. A product of God's amazing-ness, not ours. Even the anointing on our lives is not of our own, it is from God. So let us continually remind ourselves that God has placed tools (gifting, anointing, abilities, resources) in our hands;  each different in type and measure - and we are to grow it, nurture it, and do our best with it for His kingdom's work. To HIS GLORY alone for we just vessels, bearers of His glory. May we decrease, and He increase.
